A&K Pearls of Wisdom
Fashionable Portenos are flocking in their droves to swanky new restaurant Tegui situated in the hip barrio of Palermo Viejo. An unassuming entrance tucked discreetly behind a wall of graffiti gives way to a stunning modern interior with high ceilings and a light airy feel. The menu showcases the inventiveness of Chef-Owner Germán Martitegui, one of the city's best. From the open kitchen come delights such as rabbit ravioli in a truffle broth, shaved asparagus on a tomato gelee, crispy pork on a braised apple base and eucalyptus icecream. The inspiring range of gastronomic creations represents a fusion of Buenos Aires, Asian and international cuisines.
