Day 1 - Delhi - Rishikesh

An early transfer to the Delhi train station for the journey north to Haridwar. On arrival transfer to the hotel arriving early afternoon. Time to settle in and plan your stay.
Ananda in the Himalayas (Valley View Room)

Days 2 - 3 - Rishikesh

Over the next two days you'll relax into the easy pace of Ananda. Included in your stay is the 3 night Ananda Tranquillity package which comprises a unique blend of different therapies that introduce you to all the components of Ananda's spa range.


You'll receive a wellness consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor, a traditional synchronised full body massage, a stimulating and refreshing facial, grounding salt scrub with essential oils and natural sea salt, one reflexology or Indian Head Massage session, a personalised yoga session and a pranayama session where the focus is on the breath to enhance vitality and relaxation.


Alternatively the skilled therapists and instructors can customise a wellbeing programme to suit combining Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedanta regimes (may incur additional costs). There are also Ayurvedic cooking classes available and a gym at the retreat, a golf course nearby and river rafting on the Ganges (seasonal). This is the ultimate chance to unwind and rejuvenate in pristine natural surrounds (B).

Day 4 - Rishikesh - Delhi

Today transfer to Dehra Dun airport for the flight* back to Delhi (B).
