A&K mobile camping itineraries are tailor made to your own preferences and can include any combination of mobile tented camps, permanent safari camps and bush lodges. A&K has rights to camp on a private basis in some of Africa’s most beautiful and game-rich territories: in and adjacent to Kenya’s Masai Mara, Samburu and Amboseli reserves; within the 55,000 acre private Lewa Downs or other game conservancies in Laikipia; on the slopes of Mount Kenya and in Tanzania, the Serengeti, Tarangire National Park and Ngorongoro Crater.
Recommended Stay
A&K’s luxury mobile camps are available for as few as three nights when incorporated into a five night safari. You can choose one location or multiple, with a permanent lodge / camp in between mobile stays. Your luxury mobile camp is relocated during this time.

Each luxury mobile camp is erected on an exclusive basis, ensuring personalised service and absolute privacy in prime locations for wildlife viewing. Imagine waking up to a steaming cup of tea or coffee, delivered by your personal butler while a herd of zebra graze on the plains beyond! Gourmet meals and fine wines from the bush kitchen are a highlight served al fresco or in the traditional mess tent, complete with crisp linen table cloths, white china and fine crystal glassware. Your safari guide will design each day according to your pace in a private A&K 4WD LandCruiser. The ideal choice for groups of friends and families with older children.

Dining
Some of the finest in Africa. Your personal chef never ceases to surprise with original recipes and only the freshest ingredients used to create camp cuisine from the makeshift ‘bush kitchen’.
Tents
These are the largest available tents on safari, measuring 8.5m long by 4m wide and 3m high. Each has an ensuite private safari bathroom for each tent, with flush toilets, running water and bush shower.
Beds
Specially designed full-sized single beds. Extra length single, double beds and king size beds are available on request.
