Day 01 Arrive Johannesburg

Day 02 Johannesburg – Lusaka – South Luangwa National Park
This morning make your own way back to the international terminal for your flight north to Zambia. A light aircraft flight from Lusaka to Mfuwe and a two hour drive takes you into the remote wilds of the Zambian bush. This afternoon head out on your first safari (B,L,D).Puku Ridge Tented Camp
Days 03 – 04 Design Your Days South Luangwa
Two days to discover the South Luangwa. Choose two of the following activities: rise before dawn for a morning game drive, your safari guide will introduce you to this untouched park and deliver some exciting wildlife photographic opportunities. Elephant, lion, wild dog, buffalo and a wide variety of antelope reside in this area as does the regal leopard. Keep a look out for the South Luangwa’s endemic species, the Thornicroft giraffe and Cookson’s wildebeest and drive along the Luangwa River to see the vibrant carmine bee-eaters nesting in the river bank walls; take an afternoon safari drive with sundowners and a thrilling night drive; or as the South Luangwa is ‘home’ of the walking safari head out on foot with your armed guide to see the bush from a different perspective (B,L,D).Puku Ridge Tented Camp
Day 05 South Luangwa – Victoria Falls
A flight across the country to the confluence of Zambia, Botswana, Namibia and Zimbabwe where the almighty Zambezi River plunges over the escarpment as the awesome Victoria Falls. Your safari continues with lodgings in a treehouse on the banks of the Zambezi River. (B,L,D).Sussi & Chuma Lodge
Day 06 Design Your Day Victoria Falls
Discover the beauty of the Zambezi. Choose two of the following activities: a guided tour of the Zambian side of Victoria Falls; a visit to Semonga village; a game drive in the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park; or an early morning or sunset boat trip on the river. A cultural tour of Livingstone with a visit to the museum is also an option (additional cost) (B,L,D).Sussi & Chuma Lodge
Day 07 Depart Victoria Falls
A good-bye from A&K as you end your safari with a transfer to Livingstone airport (B).
