Our unique Sanctuary service formula offers flexibility, choice and peace of mind and provides an innovative alternative to traditional hotel accommodation. Whether you choose the Sanctuary Hosted or Tailor Made option, you may also take advantage of Sanctuary’s extensive range of optional services such as private chefs, nannies and local guides.
A&K Hosted
The comprehensive Sanctuary Hosted option consists of a carefully selected range of services designed to add practicality, comfort and a slice of pampering provided by off-site staff. This options includes:
Villa rental; daily maid service; airport arrival welcome; Sanctuary Host on call to assist with local travel advice, restaurant reservations and general queries; welcome at your villa including a show-around of all facilities; fully stocked drinks fridge; ingredients for your first evening’s supper; continental breakfast delivered on your first morning; orientation of the local town or village; bed linen and pool towels with twice weekly change; an initial supply of toiletries along with a welcome drink and staple foods to get you started.
Your A&K Host
Your Sanctuary Host introduces you to the villa or apartment and orientates you with the local village. Your Host is a ‘friend in the know’, and is there to assist you throughout your stay. Each Sanctuary Host has been carefully selected for their knowledge, experience and contacts to ensure your holiday is as authentic, interesting and enjoyable as possible. He or she has lived in the region for a number of years and is waiting to introduce you to the local butcher, baker, vineyards and restaurant owners. Sanctuary Villas & Apartments prides itself on its Hosts, simply the best in the business.
Croatia | Dalmation Coast | Villa Fiorentina
The island of Vis is one of the lesser known Mediterranean highlights. Picture postcard scenes, olive groves and vines, ancient ruins and deserted beaches, it is a hidden gem. The 3 bedroom Villa Vis is situated on the island’s southern shores just a short walk from the nearest beach. There is an open plan kitchen/living/dining area with large French doors opening to a panoramic terrace and shaded outdoor dining area – perfect for alfresco meals and enjoying the view. A flower-filled garden has steps leading down to the beach, where rocky pools and crystal clear water are filled with marine life.

A delightful property situated near the village of La Garde Freinet. Large French doors open up to wonderful panoramic views over lawns, a Mediterranean style garden and swimming pool to the surrounding woodland and vines. In a peaceful setting, the villa has the appealing ambience of traditional French style combined with sophisticated contemporary elegance. There is a large open-plan sitting room with fireplace and fully-equipped country kitchen making this a comfortable and well-equipped retreat just 20kms from the glitz and glamour of St. Tropez!

Italy | Tuscany | Saltocciho
Situated on a beautiful Tuscan estate near Lucca, the two farmhouses La Limonaia Grande and La Limonaia Piccola were originally used for milling flour and the making of wine. Recently restored to the highest standard they offer a delightful rustic setting with open fireplaces, pretty terraces for outdoor dining and a large swimming pool, shared by the two properties. Smaller groups may rent La Limonaia Grande only, (sleeps up to 10 guests), or for larger groups (up to 16 guests) both properties may be rented together.
Spain | Andalucia | La Corte
Situated in the rural Andalucian valley just 5km from the charming old town of Ronda is A&K's La Corte. With an abundance of fruit and olive trees, wonderful views of rolling fields and the Grazalema National Park as a backdrop, the villa is your perfect Andalucian escape. The house is a lovely whitewashed cortijo, recently modernised but maintaining original character. It has a shady colonnade on one side and a private courtyard with fountains on the other. There is a particularly attractive pool setting - a haven within its own walled garden, including shower and changing area, dining, bar and kitchen facilities.
