Aqua Mekong

The brand new Aqua Mekong takes guests on a journey between Vietnam and Cambodia along the mighty Mekong River.

The Aqua Mekong transports guests on a voyage between the fascinating Southeast Asian countries of Vietnam and Cambodia, along the mighty Mekong River. The journey presents mesmerising glimpses of emerald forests, bamboo stilt villages, incredible and rare birdlife, graceful, wing tipped pagodas and remote Buddhist monasteries. With a 1:1 staff to guest ratio, nothing is left to chance. Three, four and seven night cruises operate through most of the year with itinerary variations depending on water levels.

Life on Board
With the aesthetics of a five-star resort, Aqua Mekong has been designed with local sustainable materials and artisanal touches to create welcoming spaces for no more than 40 guests. The convivial lounge and bar is a great meeting place for nightly briefings on the next day’s activities, cultural performances and insightful lectures. Dining is a highlight with Australian chef David Thompson creating the menus. Meals incorporate elements from both Khmer and Vietnamese cuisine, using fresh, locally sustainable ingredients. A good selection of Australian and French house wine is offered. Other facilities on board include a boutique, gym, outdoor plunge pool, sun lounges, library and small spa.
