Designed by a local architect, built by local craftspeople with native timber and stone, and featuring the work of local artists, this contemporary residence features a large central lounge area with a 5-metre ceiling, sunken bar, grand piano, media room, commercial kitchen and three dining areas. The large deck space overlooks the mountains and river, featuring a pool and outdoor heated spa, barbeque area for outdoor dining and entertaining with a shaded pergola. The “Games Den” houses gym equipment, a pool table, table tennis, darts and a games table.

For outdoor adventure, there’s plenty to do. Just a short walk from the property, some of New Zealand's (and the world's) best fly fishing can be had in the Motueka River, known for its population of oversized wild brown trout. Guests also have access to a helicopter for scenic heli-tours over the stunning Abel Tasman, Nelson Lakes and Kahurangi national parks. Heli-hiking, heli-fishing and helicopter transfers from Nelson airport are also available.
