Staying in a hotel made entirely of salt is just one of the highlights of A&K’s 17-day hosted journey through South America.

This small group program explores in depth the Andean countries of Chile, Bolivia and Peru with one of A&K’s most accomplished hosts to lead the way. In Chile, highlights include wine tasting in the Casablanca Valley, a wander through the whimsical home of Pablo Neruda in colourful Valparaiso plus an extraordinary outdoor adventure in the Atacama Desert. Four wheel driving through the salt flats of Uyuni is one of the unforgettable inclusions in Bolivia, while time spent exploring the high altitude Lake Titicaca and its islands is unforgettable. The Inca ruins and colonial heritage of Cusco are a highlight with an overnight stay at Machu Picchu giving the chance to explore the awe-inspiring site in-depth. A highland community in Peru’s Sacred Valley will give a special welcome to the group for an insight into their unique way of life.

Outstanding accommodation is included throughout with breakfast daily, eleven lunches and seven dinners. Maximum 18 guests and guaranteed departure for a minimum of two guests.
