I don't have a Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number - how do I get one?

If you are not a Qantas Frequent Flyer member, you can join the Qantas Frequent Flyer program free of charge and the joining fee will be waived: qantaspoints.com/AANDK


How soon will I receive my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number?

Once you have completed the online form, your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number will be sent to you immediately. You will then receive an email from Qantas with important details about your membership.


How do I earn Qantas Points with Abercrombie & Kent?

Qantas Frequent Flyer Members can earn 1 Qantas Point per AU$1 spent on any new International and Domestic private tour land itinerary booking of seven nights or more, created by Abercrombie & Kent. Excludes flights. Qantas Points shall be awarded to you based upon the final amount spent on an eligible itinerary. If your eligible itinerary is purchased in currencies other than AU$, the amount of Qantas Points earned will be calculated based on the exchange rate of the day when final payment was made. 


Can I claim Qantas Points for journeys before Abercrombie & Kent became a Qantas Frequent Flyer Program Partner?

No. Abercrombie & Kent became a partner of Qantas on 1 August 2016. It is not possible to claim Qantas Points on journeys prior to that date.


I forgot to give my Qantas Frequent Flyer Number when I booked my tour, can I still get my Qantas Points?

No. You must provide your Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the point of booking your eligible itinerary. If the number that you provide is not a valid Qantas Frequent Flyer number, you will not be entitled to earn Qantas Points. 


Can I add more than one Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number to my Abercrombie & Kent booking?

Yes. Qantas Points will then be apportioned to the spend of each Qantas Frequent Flyer member travelling on the itinerary.


Do the name in the booking and Qantas Frequent Flyer account need to be the same?

Yes, the membership number and membership name must match in order to allocate your points correctly.


How do I earn more Qantas Points?

Visit the Qantas Points website to find out about all the different ways you can earn Qantas Points. Also, please subscribe to Abercrombie & Kent’s exclusive newsletter and you’ll be informed about special bonus Qantas Points promotions.


Can I swap my Qantas Points for cash or credit?

No, you cannot swap points for cash or credit. You can redeem your Qantas Points for Awards and Rewards through the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.


Can I claim Qantas Points for past bookings?

You cannot claim Qantas Points for past bookings. Abercrombie & Kent became a partner of Qantas on 1 August 2016. It is not possible to claim Qantas Points on journeys prior to that date.


What do I do if I have forgotten my Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number?

Please call the Qantas Frequent Flyer Service Centre on 13 11 31.

When will my Qantas Points be credited to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

Please allow up to 60 days after you return from your eligible journey for your Qantas Points to be credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account.


I have earned Qantas Points through Abercrombie & Kent but don't see them in my Qantas Frequent Flyer account.

If 60 days has lapsed since you returned home from your eligible journey and you still don't see your Qantas Points in your Qantas Frequent Flyer account, please contact us on 1300 851 800.


Where can I redeem my Qantas Points?

To redeem points, please log into your Qantas Frequent Flyer account and follow the on-screen prompts.


What happens to the Qantas Points I have earned if I get a refund from Abercrombie & Kent?

Where a refund is given after you return from your eligible journey, the final amount of Qantas Points awarded will be determined by the final amount paid before your journey less the refund amount given after you return home.
