Uncover the fascinating island of Naoshima, an old fishermen’s haunt transformed by the establishment of the Benesse Art Site. Immerse yourself in the works of Hockney, Pollock and Warhol in Benesse House Museum. Head to the sleepy fishing village of Honmura and see old wooden Japanese houses turned into art installations. Continue to subterranean Chichu Art Museum, another signature work of Tadao Ando, and marvel at the treasured Monet Water Lilies, amongst other artworks.
