Enjoy a private tour exploring the sites of Santiago, starting with a visit to the colonial centre including the Palacio de La Moneda, designed by the Italian designer, Joaquin Toesca. Soak up the moods as you explore Plaza de Armas with its impressive historic buildings and discover the historical evolution of the city at the Museo Chileno de Arte Precolombino, housed in the former customs house. Later, visit one of the most important parts of the city, San Cristobal Hill. The hill is recognised as one of the largest urban parks in Santiago, topped by a stunning 22-metre-tall statue of the Virgin Mary, with panoramic city and mountain views.

Each day, your guides will brief you about all the different options and will assist you to choose the best activities according to your interests. Perhaps feast your eyes on the Tatio Geysers at sunrise, one of the world’s most impressive geothermal sites, hear traditional Chilean stories of the sky on an Atacama stargazing odyssey, climb the Lascar Volcano or bike ride through Death Valley, hike among cacti in the Cardones Valley, head high into the altiplano to see shimmering blue lakes – the options are endless. Alternatively head into town for laid-back locals, beautiful handicrafts, and music-filled eateries.

Travel overland to cross the border into Bolivia, where you will be stunned by the sheer natural beauty of the surrounding landscape of lakes, salt flats, volcanoes, snow-capped mountains, plains, and thermal springs. Encounter the startling emerald waters of Laguna Verde with views of the majestic beauty of Licancabur volcano (5,865m) in the distance. Visit the Sol de Mañana geyser, fumaroles and volcanic pools and be enthralled by the staggering red hue of Laguna Colorada – a vast, high-altitude desert plain of smoking volcanoes, boiling mud and a flamingo haven. Vicuñas, llamas and vizcachas can also be seen here.
Continue your adventure through multi-coloured mountains, peculiar rock formations, and desolate deserts until you reach Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flat on Earth comprising 10 billion tonnes of salt.
Your luxury accommodation is your very own Deluxe Airstream Camper located under the stars. This fully equipped Camper has an electricity supply, fridge, heating, inside toilet and hot showers. During the evening, your guides sleep separately away from the camper to give you complete privacy. The camper will be located in the middle of the salt flats, where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and stunning scenery.

Lose yourself in the otherworldly panoramas of Salar de Uyuni. This is Bolivia at its most barren and uninhabitable, where the only sound is the salt crust crunching underfoot. Gaze beyond the unchanging and shadowless flatness to the snow-capped Andes on the horizon. If you can tear yourself away, lunch at Isla Incawasi will not disappoint. See where the remains of a magnificent coral reef are now covered by 1,200-year-old cacti and fossils.
Return to your Deluxe Airstream Camper where as the sun sets enjoy a cocktail while dinner is prepared by the chef, using a separate 'kitchen on wheels’.

Travel northwards by flight to the Bolivian capital where you’ll soon discover there’s more than the altitude making La Paz (3,625m) so exquisitely memorable. Step back in time and unearth mystic remedies and charms in the Mercado de las Brujas, or Witches’ Market. Stroll along streets filled with the stalls of women in brightly coloured traditional shawls and bowler hats to the Museo de Coca, dedicated to Bolivia’s best-known export. Get lost in a maze of canyons and giant spires in Moon Valley before soaring in a cable car to breathe in views of majestic Mount Illimani.

Meet your guide in the hotel lobby for a half-day visit to the Animas Valley. This geological landscape of great magnitude and grandeur forms the top of the mountains southeast of La Paz. Its erosion rock formations grouped in rows and clusters show hundreds of peaks and needles rising to great height, some of which resemble giant musical organ pipes. The plateau and the lagoon of the Animas provide an exceptional view of the everlasting snowed peak llimani among other peaks of the Andes.

Journey overland to Huatajata, located at the shores of Lake Titicaca where you will visit the Andean Roots Eco-Village, Altiplano Museum, Handicrafts village, Mud Igloos and the mortuary towers of the Urus Chipayas. Continue on to Cocotoni Bay where you take a hydrofoil cruise on Lake Titicaca, the world's highest navigable lake. Visit Moon Island and Iñak Uyu (Sun Virgins Temple) before heading to Sun Island, where you can climb the Grand Stairs and taste the water of the Sacred Fountain, believed by some to give eternal youth and happiness. After lunch at the Uma Kollu archaeological restaurant, stroll through the small handicraft market.
Re-embark the hydrofoil for your cruise to the charming village of Copacabana, where you'll explore the shrine and the revered Dark Indian Virgin, as well as the local market. Transfer to the train station in Puno for a breathtaking day journey to Cusco traversing the Peruvian Andes between the shores of Lake Titicaca, and the imperial city of the Incas. Discover the dramatic salt mines of Maras. These evaporation ponds — numbering 6,000 in total — have been used to produce salt here since pre-Inca times, and the natural colour variation of the pools, staggered in terraces down the side of the canyon, make them a breathtakingly beautiful sight.
Continue on to Moray, where a mysterious Inca archaeological site is located. The ruins of the circular agricultural terraces are thought to have been used by the Incas to determine the optimal conditions for growing crops.

Begin your pilgrimage to Machu Picchu (2,400m), stopping en route at the imposing fortress of Ollantaytambo, where the Incas celebrated their greatest victory over the invading Spanish. Board the train and sit back and relax and absorb the majestic Andean landscape as you wind through the mountains and cloud forest to the lost city of Machu Picchu. Overlooking the raging Urubamba River and discovered by American explorer Hiram Bingham in a hidden tangle of trees, the true history of Machu Picchu will forever remain an enigma, as the Incas left no written records. After roaming the magnificent ruins with your private expert guide, there is time to explore on your own. Tonight, stay in an intimate styled Andean village with terraced hills, waterfalls, stone pathways. Relax in a hidden corner or indulge in an invigorating spa based on a mystical Andean approach.

This morning, discover Cusco on a city tour that includes the architecturally stunning cathedral on the Plaza de Armas and the ornate Santo Domingo Convent, a 16th-century Dominican church built on the foundations of the Koricancha, the Incas' principal religious building, dedicated to the worship of the sun. Continue to the well-preserved ruins of Sacsayhuaman, a testament to Incan architectural skill. This imposing fortress, which witnessed the greatest battle between the Spanish and the Incas, is compiled from colossal stones and overlooks the red-tiled roofs of Cusco.

Spend time orientating yourself with a leisurely walk in the bohemian art district, which promises history, colour, and culture at every turn, or head down to the shore and watch the mighty Pacific Ocean disappearing over the western horizon.
